1. Overview
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through SIA EDIT LIMITED.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
We offer two types of products:
  • Standard (Ready-to-Wear) — available in standard sizing and eligible for return within 14 days
  • Custom / Made-to-Order — created specifically for you and non-refundable
All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change.
3. Orders & Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, it is considered confirmed.
For custom or made-to-order items, production will begin once all required details (including size or specifications) have been received.
4. Custom Orders
By placing a custom or made-to-order order, you acknowledge that:

    • Your item is created specifically for you
    • Orders are placed they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled 
    • Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed
    5. Sizing & Responsibility (Custom Orders)
    You are responsible for ensuring all measurements and details provided are accurate.
    We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from:
    • Incorrect measurements
    • Changes in body shape
    • Personal fit preferences
    Alterations are not included unless explicitly stated.
    6. Delivery
    Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
    We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Couriers
    • Customs
    • Events outside of our control
    Risk passes to you upon delivery.
    7. Faulty Goods
    Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
    If a product is faulty, we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.
    8. Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
    We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
    9. General
    We reserve the right to:
    • Refuse or cancel orders
    • Update these Terms at any time
    Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
    10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
